The FHNW School of Business is organising a panel discussion on the challenges and changes adopted by a Swiss start-up and a multinational business in Thailand to keep thriving during the pandemic. The discussion centres around the strategies, marketing platforms, communication, investments, and operational changes.

Andrew Mpeqa is trying to break into the European market, especially in Switzerland, with a traditional ginger drink from Lesotho, South Africa. He soldiers through limitations brought about by the pandemic.

Oliver Gottschall is going through a complete makeover of a coffee business in Thailand that was setup to cater to a steady supply of foreign-based tourists. The business had to force a strategic change to stay afloat.
